Tehran is ready to resume nuclear negotiations with Washington as long as it is approached with "dignity" and "honor", Tehran's foreign minister has announced.

The Iranian diplomat stated exclusively dialogue was effective, and shared new appeals had been made by intermediaries to reopen negotiations with the American leadership. He claimed Iran possessed no secret atomic facilities, and Iran had not yet reached a point to permit the International Atomic Energy Agency to inspect bombed nuclear sites for protective measures.

Walking a Complex Course

Araghchi is navigating a challenging route since Iran does not want appear to be acting from a stance of weakness, and he emphatically stated that Iran had come out stronger in military terms and psychologically from the joint assault on its enrichment centers in June.

He was addressing at a defense forum in Tehran where he restated that Iran had "a fundamental entitlement to process nuclear material domestically that it will never give up" – the primary cause of the deadlock in the earlier negotiations.

Previous Talks Abruptly Terminated

The previous five rounds of discussions between the US and Iran were concluded unexpectedly and bitter conclusion on 12 June when the Israeli government, with Washington's assistance, targeted Tehran's atomic facilities in a 12-day war that culminated with Donald Trump claiming the locations had been destroyed. Afterward, EU nations employed their privilege to reinstate international penalties, but Iran insists they have not had a significant effect.

Ideal Resolution Suggested

Iranian officials claimed they felt they had achieved a "ideal resolution" to the enrichment issue in prior discussions, when it was agreed an Iran-based consortium with American involvement could enrich uranium. Each party would have been able to claim victory since domestic enrichment would have remained and the US could be confident that Iran's atomic project was entirely non-military.

It had not been agreed in the talks that Washington's technical specialists could operate within Iranian territory, but that was a logical implication of the consortium proposal. Officials claimed three times they had reached agreement with the US representative the American negotiator only for the arrangement to collapse due to "opponents in the US".

Present Position

Iran's diplomats said the consortium offer was now no longer available, but it seems highly likely the proposal could be revived in some form if negotiations reopen.

The American leader in recent days said he had been obtaining communications that Iran sought to reopen negotiations, but privately Tehran representatives claim they are not yet obtaining clear proposals from the United States either explicitly or from important Middle Eastern intermediaries, such as the Qatari government, Egypt, Oman and Saudi Arabia. The Tehran's diplomatic corps has been accused of inactivity in the aftermath of the US president's straightforward manner, but Iran says negotiations is not part of a show.

Diplomatic Position

In his speech to the conference, designed to paint the US as a controlling nation that misuses the notion of global regulations, the foreign minister said the 12-day war revealed the conflict could not be ended by armed force. He stated the assaults commenced with a American requirement for an complete Tehran capitulation and ended with an absolute demand for a ceasefire.

Iran is assured the opening assaults from Tel Aviv were mounted with complete American awareness and coordination, making confidence difficult to reestablish.

Negotiations Continues the Final Resolution

Araghchi said: "Tehran was not the one that had deserted dialogue; it was the United States and the European states that had repeatedly sought to impose their desires during the negotiations. Recovery and Reconstruction

In what is characterized by Iranian officials as the battle of recovery and reconstruction, Araghchi claimed he was certain Iran's security strengths "are much stronger than preceding 13 or 14 June of this year. All our capabilities have been reestablished. We learned multiple understandings from this engagement; we have come to know our internal vulnerabilities and the vulnerabilities of the adversary."

He added: "We successfully passed this engagement. Our enrichment knowledge, which they planned to eliminate, stays intact. The sites and machinery, if damaged, will be restored; what is important is the will of the nation of Iran and then the social solidarity that they targeted, but were unable to destroy. The citizens of Tehran have become more resilient, more cohesive, and more backing of the leadership and the state in the aftermath of this attack."
